It prima facie appears that the victim girl left her house with the petitioner on her own accord. She has not implicated the petitioner in her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS.
Considering the material on record, particularly the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Hashanur Miah be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.
The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
