Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and categorically submits that the irregularities are pronounced in the internal audit report of the bank.

Considered the materials in the case diary. There are ample evidence in the audit report and the involvement of the petitioner in such transactions.

Under such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
