Mr. Sudipto Kr. Mazumder Mr. Tridip Saha Mr. Sourab Kar ... for the Union of India Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the opposite party raises objection to the prayer for anticipatory bail. I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner's name has transpired from the statement of the co-accused. Though the petitioner is said to be the proprietor of Bhagat Enterprises, record reveals that one Tuntun Bhagat is the proprietor of the said

company. No recovery has been made from the petitioner. Final report has been submitted. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner does not appear to be necessary. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Ravi Jaiswal be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
