Heard learned advocate for the State at length who opposes the prayer for bail.

On perusal of the entire material in the case diary, it appears that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the present accused petitioner. Considering such circumstances, prayer for bail is refused.

The application for bail is, accordingly, rejected. CRM (NDPS) 466 of 2023 is dismissed.
