Mr. Ujjal Luksom Mr. Chattu Roy ... for the State Inadvertent errors have crept into the order passed on 7th July, 2025. In the cause title of the order Danapati Roy be read as Dhanapati Roy. Also, in the cause title of the order the names of Mr. Uttal Luksom and Mr. Chattu Roy be recorded as learned counsels for the State instead of Mr. A. S. Chakraborty and Mr. Arjun Chowdhury.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 7th July, 2025.
