Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the cause title and paragraph no.2 of the order dated 2nd July, 2024 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 2nd July, 2024, it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "Mantosh Adhikari", it should be read as "Mantosh Adhikary". In the paragraph no.2 instead of "furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of Rs.2,500/- amount each", it should be read as "furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each".

The other portion of the order dated 2nd July, 2024 shall remain the same.
