Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is in custody for over one year three months. He renews prayer for bail. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
We have considered the materials-on-record including the 164 statement of the minor. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merit.
Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
The application for bail is rejected.
