Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The victim has been found missing from her matrimonial house. The petitioners are the brothers in law of the victim residing in her matrimonial house. The victim is yet to be recovered. The FIR discloses allegation against the inmates of the matrimonial house in kidnapping and removing the victim.
Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The application is disposed of.
