1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that complaint was lodged alleging, inter alia, that the petitioners sold out the government land.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has further submitted that land was transferred in the year 2015 and subsequently the said land was vested in the year 2017.

3. Report to that effect was called for.

4. Report of Block Land and Land Reforms Officer has been filed from the prosecution side.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has denied that the land was vested after 2015.

6. Having considered the nature of dispute involved, the anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, the petitioners are being enlarged on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on condition that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

8. As a sequel, the application being C.R.M. (A) 405 of 2025 stands disposed of.

9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
