Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, ld. APP Mr. Ujjwal Luksom Ms. Sukanya Adhikary ...for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is completely innocent and in no way related with the commission of the offence alleged in the said complaint. The de-facto complainant is present and heard. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of initial custodial interrogation.

Under such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
