The petitioners are F.I.R. named persons. We have also seen the materials in the case diary and gravity of the offence under Section 12 of POCSO Act in as much as the role of the petitioners therein. Principal accused is yet to participate in the investigation. As such we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.
