However, we request the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the session case preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. This order shall also be communicated to the District PP for information and doing the needful.

The application for bail is rejected. CRM (DB) 325 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.
