This revisional application has been filed with Ct rup prayer for expediting the proceeding in connection with G.R Case No. 10 of 2010 under Kotwali P.S, Cooch Behar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2010 dated 04.01.2010 under Section 448/323/341/353/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar.

Considering the prayer of this revisional application, I find no reason to serve notice upon the respondents.

Service upon the respondents is thus dispensed with.

This revisional application is being disposed of with a request to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar to dispose of the aforesaid proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment, to either of the parties to this

case.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners are at liberty to inform the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar by submitting a uploaded copy.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
