Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and this is a purely civil dispute between the de-facto complainant and the petitioner. Ms. Supriya Singh, learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant submits that huge amount of cash has been transferred through bank (NEFT) by way of cheating and criminal breach of trust. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the investigation is in preliminary stage and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.
As the investigation is in the preliminary stage and the involvement of the amount is Rs.13,90,000/- , we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
