The application for bail is canvassed on the ground that the petitioners are in custody for more 374 days and the trial has not commenced till date.

Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and has produced the case diary.

It appears that the petitioners were seen carrying the dead body of the deceased in a sack out of the residence in CCTV footage. The gold articles are recovered from the custody of the petitioners.

In the backdrop of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 5.
The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
