1. This matter has been mentioned for correction of certain errors in the order dated 08.07.2025.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Bari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that the year of regional level selection test conducted by the School Service Commission has been wrongly mentioned as "1998" in the 3rd line of the first paragraph at the first page of the said order. It is submitted that the correct year would be "2000".

3. It is submitted that, similarly, in the 3rd line of the 3rd paragraph at the second page of the said order, the year of empanelment of the petitioners for the post of assistant teacher which has been mentioned as "1998" should also be corrected by replacing the same by "2000".

4. Mr. Nabankur Paul, learned advocate appearing for the State-respondents, points out that although the submissions made by the learned

Additional Advocate General representing the State have been recorded in the said order, the names of the learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Nabankur Paul, who was assisting learned Additional Advocate General, are not appearing in the order dated July 8, 2025. He prays for inclusion of the said names.

5. Parties agree that the errors as indicated above should be corrected as submitted.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the year "1998" mentioned in the 3rd line of the first paragraph at the first page of the order dated 8.7.2025 and also in the 3rd line of the 3rd paragraph at the second page of the order dated 8.7.2025 be corrected by deleting "1998" and incorporating "2000" in its place and stead.

7. The names of the learned Additional Advocate General Mr. Joyjit Chowdhury and learned Advocate Mr. Nabankur Paul should also be incorporated as advocates appearing for the State-respondents.

8. The aforesaid corrections may be incorporated in the order dated July 8, 2025. The other portions of the said order shall remain unchanged.
