For alleged contemnor Pursuant to the order made by this Court on Court No. 22 30.6.2023 (Item No. 1) (AB) June 23, 2023 both the learned Special Officers Ms. Priyanka Dhar, learned advocate and Mr. Aman Gupta, learned advocate are present today before this Court who had filed their joint report in a sealed cover. The sealed envelop was opened and the report is taken on record. From the said report it appeared as also confirmed by both the joint learned Special Officers that, the direction of this Court made on June 1, 2023 had been carried out and this contempt proceeding lost its force accordingly.

Rules, if any, stands discharged.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding being C.P.A.N. 34 of 2023 stands dropped and the application stands disposed of accordingly.
