It appears from the record that the Secretary, Cooch Behar Jilla Regulated Market Committee, Cooch Behar had already written to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jalpaiguri and the Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India (P&GS) that necessary arrangement may be provided family pension in favour of Smt. Lilabati Chowdhury wife of late Golap Chowdhury at the earliest.
It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the State that all formalities have been completed on the part of the State and all documents sent to the concerned
authorities so that such pension can be started in favour of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take up the matter with the concerned Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jalpaiguri and the Life Insurance Corporation of India, in the event, such pension is not released in favour of the petitioner at the earliest.
