This revisional application has been filed with Ct rup prayer for expeditious haring of the case in connection with a complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.

Considering the prayer of this revisional application, I find no reason to serve notice upon the respondents.

Service upon the respondents is thus dispensed with.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Siliguri is requested to dispose of the C.R. Case No. 430 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment, to either of the parties to this case.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Siliguri. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
