Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that an appeal being MAT 56 of 2025 was preferred by the petitioner against the order of the learned Single Judge which merely directed for exchange of affidavits without passing any interim order. The Hon'ble Division Bench by its order dated 30th July, 2025 has disposed of the appeal and observed that the writ petition is also treated to be disposed of. Hence, appropriate orders be passed disposing the present writ petition. She files a copy of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench passed in MAT 56 of 2025, which is taken on record.

The Hon'ble Division Bench in its aforesaid order in paragraph no.12 has observed that the instant writ petition is treated to be disposed of.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 1327 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
