1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has prayed for anticipatory bail by submitting, inter alia, that out of eight accused five accused including the husband have already been granted bail earlier.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail by referring the statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS.

3. I have perused the Case Diary.

4. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. This is not a case for custody trial.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner/ Sanaul Ali is being enlarged on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on condition that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

8. As a sequel, the application being C.R.M. (A) 427 of 2025 stands disposed of.

9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
