Sri Sablu Barman Mr. Rajat Das, Mrs. Anumita Lahiri .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present transfer application has become infrucutous in view of the suit, regarding which the transfer was sought, having been dismissed for default in the meantime.

Accordingly, CO 89 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner, however, to file a similar application on self-same ground in the event the suit is restored subsequently.
