Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the wife of the deceased/victim is the principal accused and the petitioners have no role to play in the murder of the victim. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The petitioners are named in the FIR. Post mortem report of the victim demonstrates several external injuries in the person of the victim. Investigation is still in progress.

Considering the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case diary be returned.
