Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Advocate for the State at length.
On perusal of the entire material as placed before us, it appears that the involvement of the present accused petitioner is prima facie prominent from the statements of his two children as recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and that the mode of murder, as stated by the said two children also gets due corroboration and/or support from the Post Mortem report.
Considering the above circumstances and heinous nature of crime, the prayer for bail is rejected.
The application for bail being CRM (DB) 341 of 2023 is, accordingly dismissed.
