It is submitted that there is a typographical and inadvertent omission in the order dated 7 July, 2025. By consent of the parties, it is clarified that after completion of affidavits, the matter be placed before the Learned Single Judge in the next available Circuit Bench.

The order dated 7 July, 2025 stands corrected to the above extent.
