Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Ujjwal Lukson ...for the State The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing the proceeding of GR case no. 577 of 2021 arising of Cooch Behar police station case no. 325 of 2021 dated 6.5.2021 under Secti0ns 504/505/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Previously on repeated occasions none appeared for the petitioner. Annexures filed along with petition shows that prima facie there are incriminating elements against the present petitioner showing involvement and complicity.

Therefore, it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 and to quash proceeding.

Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed on merit.
