1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that according to instruction of the petitioner he intends to withdraw this revisional application filed at a premature stage.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State is present and produces the Case Diary in Court.

3. In these circumstances, the prayer for withdrawal stands allowed.

4. The revisional application stands dismissed being withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after obtaining the documents supplied under Section 230 of BNSS.

5. Case Diary be returned to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order

duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
