The petitioner was absent in course of trial since 2010. He has appeared after warrant was issued. He is in custody for about 122 days.

This Court is of the view that the chances of the petitioner absconding again are quite likely. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is, however, directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
