The records of the revisional application reflects that by an order dated 15th of July, 2023, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to direct that the petitioner would pay the entire amount at a time without any instalment. As such, time was extended till 31st of July, 2022 and it was categorically observed that no further extension or relaxation shall be allowed to the petitioner.

On 3.5.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner Having regard to the factum that the order dated 15.7.2022 clearly reflects that no further time would be extended and the amount shall be cleared by 31st of July, 2022, I am of the view that further pedency of the revisional application is unwarranted.

Accordingly, CRR 154 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Mr. Sarkar, ld. Advocate, appears for the State.

Parties shall act on the server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
