Mr. Ghosh, ld. Advocate for the petitioner, has submitted his Affidavit. Let the same be kept with the record. The ld.

Advocate submits that a sum of Rs.29,25,535/- has been deposited. The said amount is inclusive of the interest of the sum of Rs.27 lakhs, which was committed to be paid before this Court.

Having regard to the subject-matter of the revisional application, I am of the opinion that since 50% of the total amount has already been deposited with the authorities concerned, further pendency of the revisional application is unwarranted.

Accordingly, warrant of arrest so issued and is pending for execution is set aside.

The ld. Magistrate will proceed in accordance with law so far as the rest of the criminal case is concerned. With the aforesaid observation, CRR 155 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties shall act on the server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
