1. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent nos. 1 and 2 concede to the effect that there was an error in the co-ordinate Bench order dated July 08, 2025 passed in CO 120 of 2025.

2. In place of "OC Suit No. 42 of 2024", the order wrongly records "OC Suit No. 44/2024" in the fourth line of the first paragraph of the same.

3. Let the number of the OC suit be deemed to stand corrected and be read as "OC Suit No. 42 of 2024" in the order dated July 08, 2025.

4. This order be deemed to be a part of the order dated July 08, 2025.
