September 11, 2025 Aniruddha Roy, J. :

Mr. Amit Saha, learned Advocate appears for the petitioner. Mr.

Hirak Barman, learned Advocate with Mr.

Pradip Sarkar, learned Advocate appears for the State. On the selfsame cause of action and under the selfsame set of facts a previous writ petition, WPA 314 of 2025 was moved which was dismissed

by a coordinate Bench by its order dated April 1, 2024, Annexure-P6 at page 44 to the writ petition. The facts are same. On a reading of this writ petition it appears that, the facts recorded in the said order are absolutely same with that of the facts pleaded in the writ petition herein. The disputes are purely private and civil disputes. In the circumstance, the instant second writ petition is not maintainable in law. Additionally, this Court views this instant writ petition as frivolous and harrasive writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition, WPA 1355 of 2025 stands dismissed, without any order as to costs.
