Pursuant to an order dated 12th September, 2023, it is submitted on behalf of the concerned respondents that the petitioner is entitled to an aggregate amount of Rs.1,51,949/- on account of outstanding provident fund dues (inclusive of interest). On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that if the respondents are ready and willing to make the aforesaid payment, the petitioner is not interested in proceeding any further with this writ petition.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/1361/2023 stands disposed of by

directing the respondent nos. 1 and 3 to make payment of an aggregate amount of Rs.1,51,949/- on account of provident fund dues (inclusive of interest) to the petitioner by 25th September, 2023. It is needless to mention that the disposal of the writ petition will not affect the merits of the WP/14052/2009 a connected proceeding pending between the parties.

The order dated 12th September, 2023 stands corrected to reflect that Mr. Arnab Ray, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 3.
