The petitioner is aggrieved by the nonconsideration of his application for transfer pending before the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Head of the institution- Sishubari High School (HS). Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to

consider the petitioner's application for transfer dated June 12, pending before the respondent school authorities in accordance with law and deal with the same appropriately within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is needless to mention that if the petitioner's application for transfer is found fit by the school authorities and is forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools and further to the School Service Commission, the said authorities shall also take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
