1. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

2. Mr. Subir Kumar Saha, learned Additional Government Pleader is requested to appear on behalf of State respondents since State respondents are not represented today.

3. Petitioner retired on superannuation on 30th June, 2012. At the time of superannuation petitioner was under Contributory Provident Fund Scheme. Petitioner exercised option in terms of Government Notification dated 13th June, 2014 and switched over from Contributory Provident Fund to Pension-cum-Gratuity Scheme (GPF). Petitioner deposited benefits which were paid to her along with necessary interest resulting in issuance of Pension Payment Order dated 8th April, 2015.

4. Subsequently, petitioner filed writ petition being WPA 563 of 2023 claiming arrear pension along with interest from the date following the date of superannuation of the petitioner till the date of refund of benefits paid under Contributory Provident Fund Scheme. Said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 15th June, 2023 by a coordinate Bench directing the concerned State respondents to release arrear pension for the period from 30th June, 2012 to 8th April, 2025 along with interest @ 9% p.a..

5. In view of relief granted by the coordinate Bench vide order dated 15th June, 2023 no order need be passed on this writ petition.

6. Writ petition stands dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
