1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revisional application was preferred against the dismissal of an application filed by the petitionercompany under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of a suit.

2. Since the main suit has been disposed of in the meantime, the present revisional application has also been rendered infructuous.

3. On the basis of such prayer, CO 123 of 2025 and the connected CAN 1 of 2025 are dismissed as infructuous, without any order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
