Rinku Haq @ Rinku Hoque ... Petitioner Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar ... for the Petitioner Mr. Kallol Acharjee Mr. Dhiman Sil ... for the State Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband and has been falsely implicated. Charge sheet has been submitted.
His custodial interrogation is not required.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The treatment sheet of the defacto complainant prima facie indicates ingestion of "All Out" repellant.
Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, the prayer for anticipatory ball is rejected.
The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
Case Diary be returned.
Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
