Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner nos.3 and 5 was turned down by this Court on 24th January, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order for them at this stage.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The said order records the allegation that the victim girl was abducted by the 1st , 2nd and 5th petitioners and ravished by the 1st and 2nd petitioners.

In view of the nature and gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
