Officer-in-charge of Matelli police station is directed to ensure the attendance of the victim and her father in the trial court for recording evidence.
Having considered the materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
Trial court shall take steps for conclusion of trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
