1. We are not inclined to reconsider any further relaxation in the conditions of bail since the petitioner has already got a relaxation by the earlier Bench under order dated 13.09.2024.

2. However, considering the medical condition, we consider it appropriate that instead of once in a week the petitioner would be required to meet the I.O. once in a fortnight, and if prevented by his medical condition, to intimate his whereabouts fortnightly.
