They have applied before the Commissioner of Police and other authorities for permission to sell green crackers in terms of the guidelines of the National Green Tribunal and the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court In those circumstances and in view of the forthcoming festive season, the Commissioner of Police and other authorities shall, in strict compliance of the relevant guidelines of the National Green Tribunal and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, consider the representation of the

petitioner association and dispose of the same within a period of seven days from date.

With the aforesaid observation this writ application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
