Although by an order dated December 1, 2021, direction was given for exchange of affidavits, we are of the view that this application for cancellation of bail should be heard by the learned Court below which had granted the bail. It is in the fitness of things that the learned Court below which was competent to grant bail and granted bail should be approached first for cancellation of the bail. Accordingly, without going into the merits of this application for cancellation of bail and reserving liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Court which had granted bail, we dispose of this application.

Accordingly, CRM 1013 of 2021 is disposed of.
