Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in spite of making out a cognizable case, no FIR was registered on the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that on the complaint dated 15.06.2024 filed by the petitioner, specific FIR being Kotwali PS Case No.414 dated 16.06.2024 was registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 379 and 34 of the Penal Code.

As the prime grievance of the petitioner about nonregistration of an FIR on the petitioner's complaint has

already been redressed, no further order need be passed this regard.

However, the investigation shall be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
