In view of the report received from the prosecution regarding identification of suspects carried out in terms of the order dated 21st December, 2021, we are unable to allow this application for bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 1020 of 2021 stands rejected at this stage.

We have a request to the learned Trial Judge to frame charges and proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible subject to the convenience.
