The grievance of the petitioner pertains to police inaction.

It is submitted on behalf of the State-respondents that the police have completed the investigation and submitted a final Report vide Tufanganj PS FRT No. 345 of 2021, dated May 31, 2021.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no scope for passing any order in this petition. Accordingly, WPA 1743 of 2021 stands dismissed.
