Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made an application for transfer on medical ground on Utashree Portal. According to the petitioner, the application for transfer reached the concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. Reference is made to page 23 of the writ petition. The petitioner prays for consideration of his application by the Commission. He relies on an order dated 13.02.2024 pased by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WPA 189 of 2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board of Secondary Education submits that an application had

reached the School Service Commission. Therefore, the District Inspector of School, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that a similar order had been passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court earlier.

In view of the fact, that the application of the petitioner for seeking transfer is pending before the Commission, let the Commission consider the application for transfer of passing a reasoned order, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision taken by the Chairman of the Commission shall be communicated to the petitioner, within a week from such date.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
