This application has been filed by the defacto complainant praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons.

We find that the order of anticipatory bail dated September 9, 2021, was passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court), Alipurduar. In our opinion, it would be in the fitness of things, if the present applicant approaches that learned Court with his prayer.

Accordingly, we dispose of this application without going into the merits of it in any manner, reserving the liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Court which had passed the order granting anticipatory bail.

C.R.M. No.1022 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
