1. This is an application for relaxation of conditions for grant of bail, imposed by an order dated September 2, 2024. The petitioner was restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Mekhliganj police station except to attend court until further orders.

2. Learned advocate for the State submits that investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been submitted. There is no adverse report against the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the above conditions are waived. The petitioner will be present in the trial court on each and every date fixed. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated September 2, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
