For the State Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. However, having regard to the fact that the charge-sheet has filed, we expedite the trial.

We request the learned Trial Judge to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 1023 of 2021 stands dismissed.
