The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 3rd December, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Dinhata, Coochbehar in G.R. case no. 30 of 2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners were granted bail by the learned Magistrate on 2nd February, 2019. They failed to appear before the learned Magistrate or be represented on 3rd December, 2024 for which warrant of arrest was issued against them. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Magistrate within two weeks from date. If the petitioners surrender before the learned Magistrate within two weeks from date and pray for bail, the learned Magistrate shall deal with the application for bail in accordance with law. In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against them in accordance with law.
The warrant of arrest issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Dinhata, Coochbehar vide order dated 3rd December, 2024 in G.R. case no. 30 of 2019 be stayed till 21st July, 2025.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 326 of 2025 is disposed of.
